After borrowing an old Tac2-joystick from a friend, for some retro gaming on my Raspberry Pi…I decided to try and model it in Blender.

Helped out a friend with some case design suggestions for his project of building an sd-card reader for the Amiga. Modelled in Blender, which he then brought into Design Spark to somewhat refine and finalize for 3d-print. Here’s a link to the project – where you’ll find code, technical drawings and things related to the …read more
Tried to familiarize myself with the HardOps-addon for Blender.
Been working in Substance Painter the last couple of nights, on the latest spaceship concept. Not all done yet, some smaller details left still…
Continued to work on the concept vehicle from the other night. After some time in Substance Painter, this is what I ended up with. Rendered with IRay.
Found this old render…when cleaning up my harddrive. It’s a pre-viz of an arcade cabinet we were about to build at my last employer Quickspin.
Fiddled around in Substance Painter. Some maps (normal, ao, curvature) generated from xNormal. Rendered with IRay within Substance Painter. Model is an old doodle from Blender, not really finished.
Watched the movie Money Monster the other night: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2241351/ Got a hit of Blender-abstinence when I saw the show’s backdrop – Money Monster backdrop – and this was the result. Didn’t spend time to find the actual fonts…
Stumbled upon the works of Peter Engberg and wanted to recreate one of his motifes named “Goda Utsikter”. You can find his work at http://www.peterengberg.se/
Followed some subd modelling tutorials the other night, and came up with this. Also an exercise in Cycles regarding lighting and materials.
After a seminar on Quixel, I downloaded a trial and played around with an old lowpoly model of mine.
Another render in the old-bands-I-used-to-listen-to category.
Played around with some linking and parenting in 3DS Max, learning to rig more mechanical objects.
A tribute to the senior citizens of an australian orchestra.
A test to render a simple Sketchup-scene with the renderer Visualizer. Like Sketchup itself, this renderer is very (I mean VERY) simple to use. Of course with the lack of more detailed control. But for quick tests I think it is really good!
I think I saw a similar room in a movie a while ago…so I tried to recreate the lighting and mood in Blender.
Some different models made while practicing subd-modelling…
Another doodle with Blender after a while off the program.
A quick modelling exercise in Blender. Rendered with the now more standard Cycles renderer.
A test with VRay support for micro displacement as well as hair/grass.
Inspired by a painting my father made in his youth.
Another scene made for panorama labs.
General Portion – old design. Snuff. Swedish. Very addictive.
One of my first renders using Strata Studio. Can you name the song which lyrics are written on the peace of paper?
A test with volumetric light. I admit the result was a bit depressive.
A scene I made to test a panoarama viewer. Edit: Added this panorama to my account at roundme.com
A concept of a flying bike. Strata Studio. Mac. Mid 90’s…?
A viz of another video slot cabinet.
A model based on Da Vinci’s sketches of a flying machine.
A visiualization of the Viridian cabinets at a former employer.
An early modelling doodle from the 3DS Max days.
