You are responsible for keeping track of your available card balance. Merchants are usually unable to determine their available balance. It is important that you know your available card balance before making a transaction. If you need to replace the card for any reason, call toll-free (833) -994-0430 or email cardsupport@branchapp.com to request a replacement. You must provide personal data, which may include the last four digits of your card number, your full name and knowledge of card transaction history. If you believe the card has been lost or stolen, you can deactivate it immediately by calling us at (833)-994-0430. We may cancel any card that has been deactivated for sixty (60) calendar days or more. The state or federal courts located in Minneapolis, MN shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all disputes arising out of this Agreement and this Sale, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. All funds held in the Dwolla Account are held by Dwolla`s partner financial institutions, and you authorize the branch to share your information with Dwolla in order to open and support your Dwolla Account for the refund of your EWA. You understand that you access and manage your Dwolla account through the Branch App and that all relevant notifications are sent by Branch and not by Dwolla. 3.4. Amount of EWA and express delivery charges.
